It will enable to understand you client very well and give them the best result. it will also help you to rank you gigs as fiverr will show it on your profile that you always response fast. Satisfying clleint comes in when you understand their project and give the best result. Communication is very important in every field. lastly its can help you in getting a positive reviews and it will help you to secure a new order from people who view your gigs. this is my own contribution with other peoples opnion.
