Need Help fast!

Hello,  I’m new on fiverr.  7 days ago, I place an order with a Nigerienne partener.  I need Help with my Etsy store.  I wanted some one to help me from were I was stuck to create and connect my Etsy to my Printful account.  I have Bern having hacking computer problème since then and yesterday, the provider tell’s me that everything is ready.  Âge need to show me and lunch the shop.  But my design are not on the profucts, and nothing as change in my Etsy seller plateforme.  Is it normal or I’m I getting hack?  The service provider wrote to me in spanish, french and english.  I’m french and all are conversation started in french.  It’s my first time and I dont know if I’m in a bad situation or no.  But clearly, she dis not understand my mandate.  Can someone tells me how it usully work for Etsy and plugin Printful?
