Order Under Revision - Does this affect in Delivery order on time rate?

I have an order which is in revision for the last 7 days. Delivery time is already gone. But here is showing "In Revision" not "Late Delivery". 
Is it will affect my Delivery Order On-time Rate?

As per my understanding when u see "late" during revision its a bug,so no,should not affect.
