Getting less reviews lately

Hi, my main service is a video analysis which is sometimes 1 hour long (average 30/40 min). 

I have  5 stars rating profile (level 2) with over 150 orders completed.

Lately I noticed a drop in my deliveries (Around 56%).

Is this number average or am I underperforming?

 

I guess the issue might be that people are not ready yet to rate my delivery since they want first to check carefully the work done.

Due to laziness, eventually they check overall that the job is done correctly and then they forget to leave a review.

What do you think about it?

How can I improve this metric?

is 56% the On-Time Delivery ? if the answer is Yes, it mean your performance are dropping and to continue being a level 2 seller you must maintain at least the percentage at 90% otherwise your level will drop to level 1

I think he means that fewer people are leaving reviews. About 50% of my buyers leave a review, and I consider that high, given that I work with a lot of repeat clients.
