ID Verification Issue-account disabled



Hello everyone,

I hope this message finds you well. Unfortunately, I'm facing a major issue since May 4th, Someone hacked my Fiverr id & stole $5k. He couldn’t withdraw more than 5k as it’s the daily limit so still a $3k+ amount left on my balance. I instantly reported to the support and they temporarily disabled my account and asked for an antivirus screenshot as proof there is no malware on my pc, to make sure emails are not going to the spam or trash box. Then they asked for some other information like security answer, Payoneer id, last digits of my phone number, and request to complete the verification. They enable my account after providing the information they wanted but still need to complete the verification. I uploaded my selfie and NID card everything was real-time and authentic. After 4 attempts they disabled my account again on 16th May for a verification issue, they said the photo quality was not good. I instantly mailed the support to the existing ticket which I opened for account security. (*I have attached a screenshot of the last reply from the support team which was about the fund I lost. They forwarded my request to the relevant team according to their statement). I sent them a couple of messages about the account verification after re-disabling my account but they didn't respond. Then, I reach them on their Fiverr FB page and got an update, they are reviewing my id. It's been 3 weeks, I reached them a couple of times on their page and got the same reply, the relevant team is reviewing my account. They will let me know once they hear back from the relevant team.

This situation has left me in a state of complete distress. Depression and anxiety have overwhelmed me, as my primary concern is not the lost funds, but the security of my account. Since this forum is filled with experts and experienced individuals, I humbly request your valuable advice on what steps I can take next.
