Order Completion Rate (OCR)

Hi all,

Today I have to cancel an order with a buyer with a mutual agreement. He ordered my Angular gig but later he said 50% work will be of Ionic. Due to cancellation, my Order Completion Rate (OCR) dropped to 89%.

What can I potentially do now to improve my OCR?

@habibur_pro24 Fiverr says "In order to cancel an order without affecting your OCR, your buyer will need to cancel and order again from you within 14 days".

If the buyer orders again will my Order Completion Rate (OCR) be back to 100%?

No, not 100%

but if same client orders again within 14 days, specific drop caused by that specific client would be removed

@grayprogrammerz Thanks for your reply. That buyer will most probably give another order in the upcoming few days. I will update here if the OCR is raised again to 100%.

@grayprogrammerz @ashanfernando93 @habibur_pro24 My Order completion Rate (OCR) raised back to 100% when the same buyer gave me another order within 14 days. Thanks for your valuable input.
