My fund went back to 0 after cancelling an order?



Recently I've cancelled an order that didn't even reached an hour. The seller accepted the cancelation as we both agreed. I saw the money it was there... but almost an hour later it went to 0. There was no indication whether it was going back to my credit card or what. I contacted support and they just put it at "solve". Fiverr better fix their services because it's ruining their reputation.

You should have a credit for future purchases. This is explained in the TOS, which you read, correct? 



It is not Fiverr's reputation that gets the ding this time.  They assume you have read and understood the terms when you click the button that says you did.
