I'm a new seller here on Fiverr and I know there is still a lot I need to learn. I am a copywriter who specializes in writing emails and there are a lot of email copywriters like me here on Fiverr.

Please,

1. How can I stand out from them?
2. How can I provide value to my customer?
3. How can I be sure that what I'm offering is what they want and need?

I need to look into the minds of my customers and know what they are thinking...any thoughts on how?
