Freelance Autocad/Revit and Document Work

Basically I want to break into the freelance world of floor plans during university, but I only have my student license and my university project as my "portfolio" 

 

Does anyone have any advice? I have 5 years experience of mechanical building services as well so I can also perform basic heat loss calcs/ventilation & heating designs too
