I was TOP RATED SELLER but now demoted to LEVEL 2.

I was the top-rated seller for the last 2 years but a few months ago I was demoted to level 2. I couldn't accept any order and not replied because some of personal issues. that's why my ranking goes down. Now I am a Level 2 seller and I am not getting any orders. My gig appears on the last page (maybe around 13 or 14 pages).

How can I get more buyers again?

As you were a top level seller. I believe you do a lot of struggle to achieve the top level badge. As you are demoted, fire up your inner strength to struggle again and I believe you will get the top badge soon. 

I am not writing the common things here as you already know the fiverr very well.
