tech2fetch Posted July 21, 2014 Share Posted July 21, 2014 I have spent a lot of time on this bug that people are creating fake profiles and ordering after there order os delivered what they do is they make a depute with Paypal and refund their money and order is mentioned as cancelled. It is so frustrating for me more than 4 people have done with me is their any way to get rid of it ?and after they refund from depute their profile just vanished take a look at the screenshotHelp me please. mark74 Posted July 22, 2014 Share Posted July 22, 2014 Just to enforce what @kjblynx said, here is part of Fiverr ToS: “Filing a dispute or reversing a payment through your payment provider or your bank prior to attempting to resolve the matter by working it out with the Seller through the Fiverr dispute resolution tools and contacting customer support through this Site may get your account disabled to investigate possible security violations.” Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
