NOT ABLE TO REMOVE NOT ACTIVE N/A FROM MMY PROFILE

I am unable to remove N/A from fiverr profile as my account was not active from last 7 months can anyone guide me how to set it back to active

Click on your profile picture in the upper right corner of the website, click on Settings, and then make sure this is set to "GO OFFLINE FOR...". Click Save Changes. 

Make sure you're not in unavailable mode by going to your Profile, scroll down, and on the left you'll see "Set availability". Make sure that it's not set to Unavailable.
