Not promotable (Unqualified) - Promoted Gigs

Hello, I have a problem with my gig, I had the promotion option and from one day to the next I no longer had it, it tells me that it is not promotable, I did nothing to change this and I have a good reputation and score, what could be happening?

Hi, @moralescorp, It appears that your gigs are not eligible at the moment as you do not meet all the necessary criteria for this feature to be active. On a positive note, your performance is monitored on a daily basis and you will be notified of your eligibility as soon as the criteria are met, just keep providing quality work and this should happen very soon.

I had a similar problem 2 times! I think it depends on the private reviews of customers! It's your goal to keep doing good work with your loyal customers! And the rating will return to normal in about 30-60 days 🙂

I had an issue with an order recently (A buyer did an order from me and his feedback was 5.0 rating, then he did another similar order and give the order a 1.0 rate) suddenly my gigs are non-promotable for quality issues...

Anyone faced this? How do you improved or reached promotion status again? I'm not receiving any orders because of this
