adelcloud Posted May 25 Share Posted May 25 I need help changing my profile's old phone number that I listed over 5 years ago. I don't have that number anymore. Today, I opened my Fiverr app, and it suggested I change my password. I tapped Change Password, and a confirmation link was sent to my email. I clicked the Change Password link in my inbox, which directed me to use my phone number to receive a verification code. The problem is that I don't have or use the old number anymore. Please, forum, how can I solve this problem? Was there a way to change the old phone so I could insert my number? Meanwhile, I'm unable to sign in to my Fiverr account at the moment; I have to use Facebook to join Fiverr again before I can access the support page and forum.
