The client requested work for his amazon account suspension. We initially placed an order for Amazon Appeal, escalation and work charges. After delivering the appeal and working for 2 3 days. The client resfused to accept the order requested a revision. I delivered another appeal. After that client said I cannot continue the work iam broke and now he is asking to cancel the order through resolution center. I havent responded yet. Because I dont want to cancel after delivering the work for the initial order. We agreed to place next order once the account is reactivated. But client refused to accept it. He agreed on all the terms initially and we started smoothly. Iam still watiing for CS to reply me about the concern. I need expert advice.

Please check your Gig Tasks and then verify everything which you have done for your buyer. If there is any problem you can generate ticket to Customer support and they will find the best solution

As you already contacted Fiverr Customer Support, wait for their reply. Create FAQs related to your gig and clearly mention what you will do and what doesn't to keep yourself safe
