I am not getting any notification alert in fiverr mobile app

Check Fiverr App Settings again > Preferences > Notifications.

Otherwise, log out and log in again to test it.

She is asking for Fiverr App's.. Not Desktop Version..

I did that but battery optimization something like was showing.Didn't understand

Your phone operating system puts apps to hibernation when they're not in use, this is not Fiverr app issue.

You will need to remove Fiverr app from your battery optimization in settings that way Fiverr app will not be forced to stop by the operating system and you'll start to get notifications on time.

If the issue is still not fixed - Make sure your phone doesn’t optimize the Fiverr app in the battery settings.  Disable battery optimization for the app, which basically cleans up the memory and cache. 

Do share if you get notifications for other applications as well
