I see that this seller is from Pakistan, not China.
In China, it is very hard to find somebody with a beard, unless they live close to a country (like Pakistan) where they have beards. That is the part of China where they have Muslims. 
In the North, South, and East parts of China, you don’t see beards.

Odd, when I looked at his profile earlier today it said he was from China.

Maybe some people from certain countries start to realize that they get more chances to get an order if they start faking where they live.
Some of my buyers use sellers from certain countries only to let them do cheap, easy jobs (with no added value). 

However, faking where you live and using tools to hide where you live is not allowed on Fiverr.
