Balance transfer problem.

I want to withdraw my Fiverr balance from Payoneer. Payoneer is verifying my account for several reasons and now it is under review. In this case, I want to transfer my balance with a bank transfer. If I will do this then my balance will be processed with Payoneer and they will be holding my balance. Alternatively, the balance can be transferred directly to my bank account.

first one is paypal

and others both are PAYONEER (while seeing same payoneer logo)

so no chance in any, where you can skip verification
