Recommended Posts

I met a kind Artist, he's willing to do the job right.
He needs more time for the order I accept.
The order was done but have some defects.
He says he can not yet fix it, only if I accept the order now,
I was naive, accept.
After I accept, the messages me sometimes with updates that's he starting now and fix the order.
After 1 week and more updates, he blocks me.
And avoid me.
This guy scams me sad.
Warning never accept an order before is done, and you are satisfied with it.
just to inform Artist name was *********

Just a few points.  First you should remove the seller's name from your post, you are not allowed to call out sellers by name.

That said, I did look at your seller's profile and you should note that they have 12 completed orders, all 5 star, but they are not Level 1.  That tells you that they have been refunding and getting cancellations and in order to sanitize their account from bad reviews thereby playing with metrics.  If they truly had 12 orders completed at 5 star they would be Level 1.  There is more to the story.  Go to resolution center and demand a cancellation right away. Or write to CS asking them to cancel. And in the future, hire experienced sellers.

Bottom line is that you should only ever order from TRS/PRO and Level 2 sellers with at least 200 5 star reviews. Otherwise you are gambling with your money.

Dear @newsmike, I agree with what you have said, except this bottom line doesn't since not every new seller or level one seller without 200 positive reviews is not professional and cannot provide high quality service, and every TRS or level 2 seller start from the bottom and found some buyers who trust them.

Agree, but unfortunately there is no other way to insure quality services. If people want t gamble that's fine, but it is not what I recommend.
