better quick responses organizer.

I am unable to find a convenient method of organizing my quick responses apart from accessing them from the inbox. I sincerely desire a more effortless way to arrange them, such as the ability to drag frequently used responses to the top and less frequently used ones to the bottom for easy access. Furthermore, I have noticed a discrepancy between the quick responses in the inbox and the quick responses in the order section.

I have wanted the ability to drag and drop QRs for the same purpose you stated. The best I have been able to do is label each QR with an emoji so I can quickly find it by its image.
