Seller account not approved

I have deleted my old account and trying to create new account on other Gmail account.

But The account was not approved by the fiverr.

I want to know the reason behind it.

Creating multiple accounts on Fiverr using different email addresses is against their policies.

You cannot create a new account anymore because to create a 2nd account is actually violation of Terms of Services (TOS). So, move on.

wait so is this what went wrong for me too?

I wanted to make the account on a new email, but I made sure to delete/deactivate the other account before doing so. 

 

I understand that you can't have 2 accounts, but is it really against their terms to make a new account after deleting the old one? so does that mean if you delete an account you can just never ever, become a seller again?
