Tried to deliver it 3 to 4 times but I can't deliver the order . Its still showing in progress. Does anyone facing the same issue? vickieito Posted May 19 Share Posted May 19 Hi @seedaq, I'm not facing that issue, but whenever I do (and the delivery time is near), I deliver in the order chats (so the buyer knows the order is complete) and create a help desk ticket to "Report a Bug": https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/account-and-security/report-bug If I'm delivering early, I won't deliver in the order chats - I'll wait until the issue resolves itself (usually within a day). Sometimes it will by logging out, clearing out the browser cache and cookies, and restarting, but other times it's just a temporary bug and I'm able to redeliver the order fine later on. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

One has been delivered but other is still in progress. vickieito Posted May 19 Share Posted May 19 Are you delivering early or do you have time (>1 day) left on the order? And did you deliver in the order chats/submit a Help Desk ticket on the specific issue? You can include the specific order number in the body of the Help Desk ticket. Showing that you did deliver in the order chats can also help you argue your case that you really did intend to deliver (but ran into technical issues). 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

miiila Posted May 19 Share Posted May 19 (edited) I just noticed that an order I could swear I delivered, and did already discuss about some details of the delivery with the customer yesterday, was still in progress, with barely over 12 hours left on the clock. I delivered it again, and now it seems to have gone through. I hope. Hm, now, that order is at the same time in "In Progress" (with the original delivery time) and in "Waiting for Rating"... miiila Posted May 22 Share Posted May 22 While in-between, the order that I had actually originally delivered with well enough time to spare, even showed up as late, eventually, before I wanted to contact support, it fixed itself, and my ratings seem okay, so maybe it really was just a visual glitch, or something with my browser.
