Unable to withdraw funds

Hi,

I have an issue in withdraw funds. 

When I click on Withdraw Balance it takes me to another tab where it shows me Withdraw Balance and withdrawn methods.

I have already connected my Payoneer since 2019.

And I only want withdrawn through Payoneer.

I have contacted the support 24 hours before but they have not respond me yet. 

Does any body is facing same issue or solution to this issue.
