I'd be happy to help you with improving your response rate. Whether you're referring to your response rate in a professional setting, such as email or customer service, or in a personal context, like responding to messages from friends and family, here are some general tips to consider:

  1. Prioritize and organize: Make sure to prioritize your messages based on their importance and urgency. Respond to critical or time-sensitive messages first. Use folders or labels to organize your inbox or message notifications, so you can easily identify and address them.

If your response rate on Fiverr or any other freelancing platform is down, there are a few steps you can take to improve it:

1. Promptly respond to messages: Make it a priority to respond to messages from potential clients as quickly as possible. Prompt and timely responses demonstrate your professionalism and dedication.

Auto-reply should only be used when you know you will be offline for a few hours, like when you're sleeping. An auto-reply doesn't count when it comes to your response rate, you still need to write a reply within 24 hours.
