Question

Hey everyone,
I wanted to share a recent experience I had with a client and seek your advice on the situation. I designed a cover art for a client who absolutely loved it and even gave me a positive 5-star review. However, just one day after the completion of the project, the client canceled the order through customer support and received a full refund. While Fiverr did compensate me for this
Now, I have reason to believe that the client intends to use my artwork on a music platform without my permission. As the original designer, I hold the copyright to the artwork, and the client should not have the right to use it without proper authorization. I am contemplating taking legal action for copyright infringement if the client proceeds with publishing my work without permission.
I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions you may have on how to handle this situation. Have any of you faced a similar experience before? How did you address it? Your insights would be invaluable to me as I navigate this unfortunate turn of events.
Thank you in advance for your support and guidance.
Best regards,
