Hello, 

I have submitted many request but every time the fiverr support team mark my requests as solved without solving my problem. What will be the reason?.

I request to fiverr support team to solve my problems?

You are not allowed to create more than one request. So that's why they do it.

They give priority to leveled sellers

Even if they don't solve after viewing several times, must be you demand something that is inappropriate
