Seller level organization is confusing - we should streamline it

The level 1, level 2, pro, and top rated seller levels should be a more streamlined rating system. Level 1 & 2 are self explanatory but when you add in pro & top rated it gets confusing. Something more like 
- apprentice
- intermediate
- professional
- expert

Would be a more easily digestible ranking hierarchy
