Gig Did Not Show Up In Search/Category

grimoireworl

Question

My gig has been approved for some time now. I paused my gig to tweak the delivery time and optimize everything. I then unpaused my gig so that it would appear again on Fiverr. This was about a week ago. I did not think my gig was not showing up, so I did not check until just today. I read online that pausing and un-pausing your gig should fix the issue if you cannot find it under its designated category. However, it has not reappeared, and it's been almost an hour after un-pausing it. I even specified the search for my gig down to the letter. All the possible specifications are there that are within my gig search, and my gig is still not there.

Is there something I'm missing here? What could be causing this? Does it just take longer? Should I contact support if, by tomorrow, it has not shown up again under the category?

Appreciate all and any advice; thanks a ton.

It takes sometime to appear gig in search results. If you have done SEO then it will appear otherwise it will'nt. Pausing and unpsusing badly impacts gig and makes you disappear for a while. This is not the solution. Use low competition keywords in title tags discription and those which are in high demand. Remember in low competition keywords research you also have to pay attention to demand of that work . If people there are not having any orders then you are also not going to get any.

I haven't done any SEO yet 😕 I still need to make a site and do all of that. How long does it take for it to re-appear? Besides the fact that I disagree that editing your gig should be impacting the score, could you give me a rough estimate? I could make a site and drive traffic to my gig page but doesn't that not improve all of your gig statistics? Since someone isn't finding your gig and clicking on it and such?
