I have some question about Fiverr Payment method

Hello, I'm a Fiverr seller from Bangladesh. I have some questions about the Fiverr payment method. Recently my Payoneer account has had an issue and the Payoneer support team need some time to fix it.
So at the moment-
1. Can I use my Payoneer Business account or my mother's account to withdraw my revenue?
2. If Payoneer said that, I need to close the current account and create a new personal account? Is there any problem to add a new account?
3. Why there is no "Direct Bank Withdrawn Option" for Bangladeshi? When will come this feature for us? Because we are not able to use Paypal.
