Early payout option is lost. Is this a new thing or am I penalised ?

Hello, I'm a Level-2 seller who had the luxury of an Early payout option ( That I don't have to wait till the funds are cleared after completing an order). But suddenly I lost it even though the buyers have marked their orders as completed and even posted reviews. I'm really worried because my cash flow is affected in this hour of need. Does anyone have a similar experience?

No, noting about that, Fiverr Seller Plus has Early payout Option, That's why I asked you about that.
