dgraphic247 Posted May 16 Share Posted May 16 (edited) Hello everyone, Someone hacked $5k and the account was disabled for 10-12 days which I shared in the previous post. I got it back 2 days ago right after posting here but they asked to verify the ID. I submitted my NID and own selfie properly. I attempted 4 times. I got a mail, the account is restricted as Fiverr couldn't verify it. I tried to take the picture in the best possible way and everything is authentic. All texts in the document were readable. I'm not sure where I did a mistake and how to get back the Account. Could anyone please help me with that? Thanks in advance!! Whatever, Create a support ticket and share all the issues with them, Also send them your face-holding ID card and the ID card itself, If they ask for additional documents just send them. Don't worry and keep patience. Everything will be fine. Keep in mind that you have to be honest from your side. They will allow you to verify your identity again or they will manually verify you. It's touched 3 days since I contact support regarding the verification issue but they are not responding. I messaged them through the old ticket that I opened for the issue of hacking my fund. Was that right? And the ticket will be reviewed by the relevant department it might take some time. I have shared that in my last response. Again, Be patient and wait for their feedback. Keep checking that your ticket is open. And You can contact the official Facebook page, Message them with your ticket number to get a prompt response. Thanks Hi there, I messaged them on the FB page couple of days ago they informed me that the relevant team is reviewing my account. It's been 12 days since I messaged them. As I said multiple times, It is gonna take some time because I will be reviewed by the relevant department, and it's a manual review of your account. This is an international platform and there are millions of users, and many of them are facing the same issue as yours. So, they might have thousands of pending requests right?
