However, I do know that I do not feel comfortable with shipping off my rights along with the image for five bucks. I do not want to be like Jack Kirby’s family. Fighting for the rights to The multibillion dollar comic character he created or helped create.How do you deal with customers who want exclusive copyright to things you created here? mark74 Posted July 20, 2014 Share Posted July 20, 2014 Fiverr ToS states that "buyers are granted all rights for the delivered work, unless otherwise specified by the seller in the Gig description.So, you are free to write in your gig’s description that the rights are yours; you can also add an extra (you choose how many gigs) for buyer to be granted rights on your delivery.
