What should i do after demote to Level 1 after Level 2 badge?

I had working as a Level 2 seller for a year and completed all requirements, any way last week i have to cancelled a order and my order completing rate decreased to 86 due to lack of orders in 60 days time. so i demote to level 1 in this 15th. Next 15 i think i can complete more than 90% completion rate and i have no any warnings as well. so want to know if i can go to Level 2 if my order completing rate come to 90 this week, or am i want wait more 60 days with 90%
