Attaching files

I am new to fiverr. I purchased a voice over from someone on fivver and it was great. Now I want to attach the mp3 file to another job for someone to complete my video commercial. fivver says the file is invalid. How do I get the mp3 file to get my order started?

Hi, check the file name usually fiverr hate audio files with big names in it, I work with audio and I know this for sure, try to rename the file or zip it and add a short “name” to it.
