I prepare the gig and optimize my gig as better as I can but still don't get order on my gigs till now

Try to target a low-competition keyword like modern medical PowerPoint presentation instead of medical PowerPoint presentation for your gig https://www.fiverr.com/noor_ahmed25/make-medical-ppt-for-you
