Need Guide about amount to pay in CashAdvance

For example if seller gets 2500$ cash advance so per standard that should be paid 20% commission of fiver  = 

2500+500 = 300$

But once i request cash advance it gives me = 3012 ------ > 12$ Extra   (Is there Interest amount ..? ) 

 

Can some one guide me about this ..
