gig out of search

hye everyone!

i wanna ask a question to the experts

my profile has almost 35 reviews with 4.9 rating

but suddenly my  gigs are out of search even not show on the last page

i don't what is happening 

i contact to customer support they doesn't help me 

any one can help me

your gig lost its rank. please wait for 3/4 orders then your gig rank again
