Which is more damaging to a seller account a negative review or a cancelled order?

If your order cancelation rate is less than 90% both is bad

A review is permanent.

Cancellations are not taken into account after 60 days. However, they might contribute to your buyer satisfaction rate, which is covering up to 180 days. 

However, canceling an order just to not receive a bad review is pretty much a system manipulation, so it's unethical to do that.

All have negative impacts on your account for at least 60 days.

I think cancellation better than bad review. A bad stay in your account in hold life. But a cancellation stay with your account only 60 days.

Yes but if you're caught canceling orders left and right to cheat the system and prevent bad reviews, you can end up banned,.
