mdminhaz05 Posted May 12 Share Posted May 12 আসসালামুয়ালাইকুম, আশাকরি সবাই ভালো আছন। আমরা যারা ফ্রিল্যান্সিং করি। তাদের দীর্ঘক্ষণ কম্পিউটার সামনে বসে থাকতে হয়। দীর্ঘক্ষণ বসে থাকার ফলে চোখে উপর খারাপ প্রভাব পড়ে। তাই চোখ সুরক্ষায় জন্য কি করা যেতে পারে? চোখ রক্ষাই কোন চশমা 👓 ব্যবহার করলে ভালো হয়? যাতে করে দীর্ঘক্ষণ ধরে কম্পিউটার ও মোবাইল চালাতে গেলে অসুবিধা পড়তে না হয়। একটি ভালো চশমা দাম কত হতে পারে? কোন ব্যান্ড ভালো হবে? ধন্যবাদ 😊। আপনাদের সুস্থতা কামনা করি। 11 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
