Stuck in Level1 Seller

Since I reached lvl1 seller as a voice actress and I am stuck there, I don't get new orders and I can not know what's the issue exactly. Any advice?

You have to wait until new order come and check the gig again with other sellers under your category, then you can improve the quality of your gigs and can added extra options to the order to stand with the gig through very competitive platform

This is happening with many of freelancers. I am also a level 1 seller, but now my gigs are out from search without any reason. Even Fiverr is responding well about this issue. All of my statistics are 100%.
