Fiverr not letting me submit extension request?

The original delivery date is tomorrow, May 12, but I need to request more time, which is something buyer and I previously discussed. However, I filled out the Fiverr "Extend Delivery Date" request form and it isn't allowing me to submit the request? Do I have to wait until the actual order delivery date to request an extension? TIA
