Fiverr claims I submitted a fake ID which I didn’t but my camera was out of focus when I took the pictures. i contacted customer support but they’re not responding. I’d like to know, how do I activate my account again? And also how many days would it take? Maybe you missed the reply from our Customer Support, but your case has been forwarded to the relevant team and is currently under review. The review can take up to 90 days as you can see here, but please do not worry, we are working quickly to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
