How to un restrict my Fiverr Account

So my Fiverr account got restricted and is under review because they couldn’t verify my ID. Fiverr claims I submitted a fake ID which I didn’t but my camera was out of focus when I took the pictures. 
 

i contacted customer support but they’re not responding. I’d like to know, how do I activate my account again? And also how many days would it take? Do I have to wait for them to reach out to me?

Let me start by saying that I understand your concern. But do not worry. Maybe you missed the reply from our Customer Support, but your case has been forwarded to the relevant team and is currently under review. The review can take up to 90 days as you can see here, but please do not worry, we are working quickly to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Once the case is resolved, they will reach out to you.

Can I be allowed to verify my ID again? 
 

can I be given another chance to upload my ID so that it can be verified?
