Can I set profile pic without showing face??

My sister is a shy person,  She wants to set her profile picture without showing her face. Will this make any issue?????

No it's not make an issue but showing a face is good that you are real..she can keep any logo as a profile pic.

I meant to say she can use the side poses.. There will be no issue.. I have been doing this since 2014. Never faced any issue
