Its been 5 days since I created a customer service ticket and they haven't responded

My gigs aren't appearing in the search page, and when I checked it said something like "this gig needs further review, contact customer support and we'll help you solve it so you gigs can appear in search". I contacted 5 days ago and yet no response, I find it odd because even in the pandemic when they said their response rates could be in excess of 10 days, I always got a priority response within 12 hours, given i was a Level 2 seller. But even now that I have been deranked, its not the pandemic anymore and there is not a huge surge or backlog of support requests, so why is it taking so long?
