Dear Everyone,
I am a new seller on Fiverr. I got a customized offer for 2 and half hour session to provide coaching to buyer on finance. He accepted the offer and I shared with him a link for a meeting on Fiverr through google meet for two and half hours session. After the conclusion of the session. I sent him a delivery but he is claiming for refund. I have delivered him again saying that you are asking for a refund after having a session. What I can do? Anyone plz guide me.
