Having problems making a withdrawal

Hey guys, I am new at fiverr, recently I had a job, the client paid, and my earnings ar available for withdrawal. This is the firts time, so I head up to fiverr.com in my desktop to configure my paypal account, and it seems its not working, I write my email from the account and just nothing happes, is this frecuent?? looks kind of clunky.

Do you recommend another way of making a withdrawal??
