project_engr
Hello everyone, I'm new to Fiverr and I have some existing international clients from other websites who I communicate with via WhatsApp and other social media platforms. I've been inviting them to Fiverr to process their payments. However, I have a question regarding order manipulation. I don't ask them for specific ratings or anything like that, but I'm wondering if Fiverr could consider this as order manipulation and disable my account. One of my colleagues has suggested that I should pretend that the client is not connected to me in any way and discuss everything on Fiverr to avoid any potential issues. What do you think? Has anyone else had a similar experience? I appreciate any guidance or advice you can provide. Thank you!

copythatengages
I think you should read the Fiverr Terms of Service and the Community Standards to know exactly what they allow on the platform. What you have asked is a bit tricky topic. I can understand why you are confused. The best thing that you can do is be very careful about your interactions with your clients. I strongly recommend that you contact Fiverr Customer Support and ask them how to go on about it. Ask them for explanations so that you know exactly what to do. I hope this helps. Thanks.
zaeemahmed365
I guess Fiverr supports the service provider, for the clients he had moved from personal contact to the Fiverr platform. Some reasons are that new buyer accounts are being registered and payments are made. You can search for it on Fiverr policies as well.
