Payment being cleared and My Earning is not showing to Dashboard

There is no Earning Showing on my Dashboard and it's also not working in my Fiverr app for my payment to be cleared. What's wrong Do you have any idea?

The payment will be shown when the funds are cleared. Don't you know about the update? 
If your funds are cleared and not showing in your dashboard then you need to contact the support team for further assistance.
