Hi its my first time using Fiverr and I am struggling to contact a supplier. Every time i press send it doesn't send?? Could anyone help me please?

Are you buyer or seller ?

If seller, you can't contact buyer without they contact you first.

If buyer, where you click "send" ? not sure what exactly you meant.
