I don't get it why people try to cheat the system. You can earn on Fiverr simply by becoming an honest seller and doing great work. If you always try to find shortcuts, you won't get far.

A man can never be active for 24 hours. So no matter what plugin or extension you use. Fiverr algorithm captures that. Please don't use that. And when you can rank your gigs. You will get automatic order. There is no need to have active

It is totally unethical and illogical to use auto refresh for showing your activeness. And it will not bring you a good outcome by doing this type suspicious activity.  

You can share your gig on social community and try to use fiverr apps to get job notification instantly. It will work.
